I am looking for a brief for the phrase -- to a reasonable degree of medical certainty

reasonable medical certainty = R-PLS
reasonable medical probability = R-PLT

reasonable degree of medical certainty = REPLS
reasonable degree of medical probability = REPLT
 

within a reasonable degree of medical probability = WREPLS
within a reasonable degree of medical probability = WREPLT

based upon a reasonable degree of medical certainty = PWREPLS
based upon a reasonable degree of medical probability = PWREPLT

to a reasonable degree of medical certainty = TREPLS

 And try variations on your phrase, like deleting "to a" at the beginning.  Or breaking it down to a couple shorter phrases "to a reasonable degree"  "medial certainty" and see what kind of suggestions you'll get.
