Writer Trade-in Values

Trade-in values are for writers in operable condition with case, tripod, necessary accessories, and paper tray (if applicable). The customer must inform us in writing of the type of writer and serial number at the time of sale. We must also receive an affidavit stating that they own the writer, and that there are no outstanding payments due.  The customer will receive a rebate for the traded-in writer after we confirm that it is in operating condition.  For more information, please contact us at 800.800.1759.
