I am having a a problem when I open my voice track when I go back to scope a job.  I get a message that says the file I am trying to open is encrypted and I do not have the authorization to decrypt it and to see the administrator.  I've had my system since July 2009 and never had this message until almost a month ago.  Any ideas how to decrypt this?
