Hello scopists and proofreaders,

I bet you can help me!  I've tried using the Document Setup Wizard to change the location to the bottom center of the page.  It says it will apply to future documents.  How can I change the current document?  I tried changing the paragraph row and column, but it didn't work.

What do you think?  Thanks!

Karen, I just did this in a document for one of my reporters (which I made a "play" copy of).

I changed the PAGE ROW to 10.1 inches, and I changed the PAGE COLUMN to 4.25 inches.  Page numbers were perfectly centered at the bottom of the page below the text box when PRINT COMMANDS was turned off, on all pages.  That was, of course, the settings that worked in the page format for this particular reporter and agency.

If I wanted all new documents to be the same page-number location, then I would change the Master Copy to the same two settings, instead of going through Document Setup Wizard.

Worked like a charm for me in Version 4.3.x and Version 5.
