Does anyone know how to transfer Dictionary from Eclipse software to my new Elan Mira machine?

I'm no expert, but I would first export my dictionary as an .rtf file, then I would use a utility from here:

As far as directions, there's these:

So I guess that means the instructions are in the .zip file.

I'm working off of Total Eclipse 4.2 because I'm too poor to keep up software support and so I was hoping someone could help me out
