You do not need to be an Advantage Software customer to use these programs. They are our gifts to the reporting profession, with no strings attached. Please understand, though, that because we derive no income from this software, only limited support is provided.

There is no charge for this service, but we cannot guarantee a response time. Unlike our flagship programs, for which toll-free, 24-hour support is provided, support is available for free software only during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday). Please note that there is a modest fee of $40 per call for Bridge support if you are not an Eclipse customer with current support. You will need to have your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card ready.
