The products Advantage Software offers are of the highest quality, and we are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should a circumstance arise where an item does not fulfill our written product descriptions, we will, at our discretion, replace or repair the item to meet our customary standards. Due to their nature, the following product types cannot be returned for credit or refund: computer software, content on digital media such as CD or DVD, training materials, service and support agreements, computers, and shorthand machines. All new shorthand machines include a one-year warranty. Other products, if purchased directly from Advantage Software and not through a distributor or leasing company, can be returned with pre-approval by Advantage Software Customer Service if they are returned in resellable condition in their original packages within thirty days of receipt. A 15% (of retail price) processing fee will be deducted from your credit or refund on approved returns. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
