Advantage Software Guarantee
At Advantage Software, we take pride in providing products of the highest quality and reliability. We’re confident you’ll be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that an item does not meet our written product description, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product to ensure it meets our standards.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature, the following products cannot be returned for credit or refund:
- Computer software
- Content on digital media
- Training materials
- Service and support agreements
- Computers
- Shorthand machines
Warranty and Return Policy
All products purchased directly from Advantage Software, not through a distributor or leasing company, may be returned within 30 days of purchase with pre-approval from our Customer Service team if:
- They are in new, unused condition.
- They are in their original packaging with all included accessories.
- A 20% processing fee (based on the retail price) will be deducted from approved credits or refunds.
- Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
