Easy Pay Monthly terms and conditions: A keyless license is required to enroll in Easy Pay Monthly. If you have a physical hasp key, you agree to return it within two weeks of enrollment and Advantage Software will provide you the prepaid postage by mail. If you are unsure of what type of license you have, or you would like to switch to a keyless license, please call Account Services during regular business hours at (772)288-3266. Easy Pay Monthly enrollment requires you to provide a valid credit card with authorization for monthly automatic payments. Enrollment is based on a 12-month term, and a new 12-month term will automatically renew at the end of each term. Before you are automatically billed for the renewal term, we will notify you of the renewal term pricing approximately 14 days in advance. You may call Account Services to update your credit card, address information, and email information, or stop the auto-renewal order before the order is placed. There are no refunds for late cancellation of automatic renewals after a new term begins. Each monthly payment will be run up to ten days before your monthly window of coverage. Each Payment that is ten or more days past due will be assessed a late fee of $21. A late cancellation, or late or missed payments, or failure to return your physical hasp key, will affect the latest version of the software you are licensed to use and may result in your access to Anytime Support™ being suspended, your software access being restricted, and your software being downgraded to the previous version to which you were last licensed and had no outstanding balance due. To remain licensed for any software updates and upgrades released during a term requires monthly payments be current and the full term completed. |
