Temporary Access Code Policy
Policy updated: October 16, 2025
We understand that situations arise where long-time customers may need short-term access to Eclipse software for recovery, transitions, or emergencies. This policy outlines how we handle 7-day temporary access codes. Our goal is to support all Eclipse users responsibly while protecting the value of our most current and innovative software.
For Active Support Customers
If you have an active Anytime Support™ contract or Yearly Subscription, you’re entitled to up to seven complimentary 7-day access codes per year—should you require one for any reason. Contact Account Services or Technical Support with your account details to request a temporary code.
For Inactive Support and Monthly Plan Users
We offer a 7-day temporary access code for a flat fee of $75 to verified licensees who are former customers without active Anytime Support™, as well as to users on a Monthly Subscription (if available). Contact Account Services during regular office hours to request a temporary code.
What You Get
- Access to the latest release version of Eclipse for 7 days.
- A $75 credit toward reactivating Anytime Support™ or upgrading to a Yearly Subscription—if done within 30 days of purchase.
Restrictions
- Access is limited to one temporary code per 6-month period.
- Temporary access is non-renewable and non-refundable.
- Technical Support is not included.
- Some advanced features—such as Boost or Boost Flow—may be restricted.
Eligibility
You may qualify for a temporary access code if:
- You can provide a valid license key or other proof of ownership.
- Your software version is out of date, your key is lost or stolen, or the key no longer functions due to system changes.
- You have an active Monthly Subscription.
If we cannot verify ownership, we reserve the right to deny access or request additional information. Abuse of this policy may result in denial of future access.
